Clinical studies that have tried to manage certain nutrients to promote better health have neurological almost always fail. Haziness all this data makes it difficult to put your faith in one’s diet.

“People with old age have more problems, given what they’ve eaten,” Bowman told The Huffington Post.
But Bowman thinks he has a better way to do things. Instead of asking people what they’ve eaten over the past few weeks, he seemed to be the level of nutrients in the blood and found for himself.
It’s not 100 percent very easy, and works better for some nutrients than others, but Bowman has published several studies which have shown that blood levels of many nutrients are well correlated with the subject of the diet for about a year.
