Executives of the public affairs firm Bell Pottinger reportedly boasted to reporters posing about the company access to the Prime Minister, Chancellor George Osborne and Chief of the policy of Mr Cameron’s Steve Hilton.
The claim was dismissed by the Downing Street sources as “outrageous” and “a load of rubbish”, but workers said they were “very serious allegations” that shows the need for lobbying reform.

Tim Collins, managing director of Bell Pottinger Public Affairs, allegedly claimed that Bell Pottinger has got Mr Cameron to raise the issue of copyright infringement with Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao on the technique of Dyson company. He reportedly stated: “He (Prime Minister) did so because we asked him to do so.”
