<p>The, also known as The Sacred Heart Diet, Military Cabbage Soup Diet, TJ Miracle Soup Diet and the Russian Peasant Diet is basically a heavy consumption of low-calorie cabbage soup for 7 day and have faith you lost 10 pounds in that time, from my point of view, this rate of decline is body weight in a short time hampir impossible and unhealthy, and lose weight will mostly water. Diet &#39;pro&#39; it is said that rapid weight loss, you can eat as much food as you want, tregistered a hat, and give a good kick start for another diets.</p>

<p> Day 5 &#8211; Cabbage soup, up to 20 ounces of beef and up to six tomatoes</p>
<p> Day 6 &#8211; Cabbage soup, as much meat beef and veges (excluding potatoes) as you want</p>
<p> Day 7 &#8211; Cabbage soup, brown rice, veges (excluding potatoes) and unsweetened fruit juice</p>
<p>I will now give my verdict on the cabbage soup diet and explain why I think You do not have to try it. First of all this is purely short-term weight loss on the victim and not sui for long-term diet. These creatures are as low in calories, fat and very high fiber low. You will go through several days at a time to take a very high sodium and protein are pretty much zero. It&#39;s not healthy. You will feel sick, weakand has reduced the level of concentration. Another common side effect is a very bad wind! So, you might want to keep the windows open at home and at work! I do not recommend this diet for anybody.</p>

With a low intake of calories and nutrients you will feel hungry all the time makes this diet is too difficult to stick. On top of that you will feel tired and depressed. Wearing the greatest dangers of this diet is that you do the diet 3 days then go back to eating normally, while cutting the junk food, then back in the diet day 3 and onwards.
